Digital Literacy

The most of jobs require some knowledge in computers or something related to it. Some advices can be given for a person who wants be successful in Brazil, such as knowledge about read and write an email and a cellphone message. The first advice that can be given is must to know how use the cellphone, for message and make and receive calls. Second, he has to know how the computer works. There many classes offered that can be taken, if he doesn’t have a computer at home it is a great option. Third, the person must learn about send an email. Read and write correctly is important as well, no one wants an employee who doesn’t know our own language. Other advice that can be given is learn about the basic tools of Microsoft Office or similar. Knowledge in Internet is also important, how make a research using it is fundamental. However, more important than make a research is filter the information, recognize which websites are reliable and how organize these information. The most of young people in Brazil already know about learn these strategies, a child can turn on a computer even without read. The schools should teach the basic tools of computers as soon as possible, offering a better future to its students.
